Bellis Hiring – Bartender
We’re looking for a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team at Bellis.
Bellis is a Japanese-Italian inspired dining bar hidden inside the Nomas Hotel in Toronto’s Annex, transitioning from a bright café by day into a restaurant & late-night bar.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume or cocktail-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and technique
- Clean, organized, and detail-oriented behind the bar
- Able to work late nights and weekends
- Comfortable with guest interaction and creating a great vibe
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Smart Serve required
Nice to Have
- Experience with Japanese or Italian ingredients / flavors
- Interest in cocktail development or creative input
- Familiarity with prep-heavy bar programs (infusions, batching, clarification, etc.)
What You’ll Do
- Execute cocktails with consistency and speed
- Maintain a clean and organized bar station
- Assist with prep and batching for service
- Help shape guest experience and bar atmosphere
- Stock and Inventory
