We are hiring a Bilingual District Sales Manager for a growing organization in the steel construction industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated hunter-style sales professional who enjoys business development, relationship building, and growing market share. Leadership experience is preferred, but strong sales candidates with management potential will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business development across assigned territory

Expand market presence in Quebec and Atlantic Canada

Manage and grow relationships with existing partners/customers

Lead and support a team of 2 Estimators

Build strong relationships with steel fabricators, contractors, engineers, and distributors

Manage bid opportunities, RFQs, and RFPs
-
Develop pricing strategies and close new business opportunities

Conduct regular customer visits and meetings across the region
Ideal Background:
-
Sales experience in steel, construction materials, fabrication, or related industry

Strong hunter mentality with proven business development success

Experience with bids, tenders, RFQs, or project-based sales

Relationship-focused approach (not only price selling)

Comfortable winning business from competitors

Leadership or mentoring experience is an asset
Travel:

Regional travel 1–2 days per week
