Job brief
We are seeking a positive and upbeat Dispatch Operator with excellent communication skills that enjoys a dynamic atmosphere. From taking calls and emails from customers, you are the first point of contact for our customers; you will process and transmit information and instructions to technicians and sales team.
The Dispatch Operator will be responsible monitoring and adjusting the daily workload of all Technicians in all assigned geographical areas to ensure that all customers' requirements are met. If you have a passion for customer service with strong communication and problem-solving skills, this role is ideal for you.
Office is located in Burnaby (Brentwood Skytrain)
Commission sharing after probationary period.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responding to and monitoring staffing/service requests from internal and external clients
· Sales support, repair quotations, RFPs, closeout documentations
· Providing a clear and accurate description of work assignments to employees
· Shift scheduling using JONAS software program
· Producing reports as required by various departments
· Conducting follow-up reviews with clients to ensure client satisfaction
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service environment
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong time-management and organizational skills
· Enjoy a fast-paced environment
· You are computer savvy (Microsoft Office programs)
· Ability to multitask
· Can-do attitude
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
