Responsibilities Include:
- Set up, adjust, and operate slitting equipment according to production specifications and work orders.
- Verify materials and production requirements before each run to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance throughout production and make adjustments to maintain product quality and operational efficiency.
- Inspect finished materials to ensure they meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Package, label, palletize, and prepare finished products for shipment as required.
- Complete production reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform daily equipment cleaning and basic maintenance, and promptly report any mechanical or safety concerns.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in manufacturing, slitting, converting, printing, or industrial production.
- Experience operating industrial production equipment.
- Ability to read measurements and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
- Ability to complete production documentation using both paper-based and computerized systems.
- Team-oriented attitude with strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on operational requirements.
- High school diploma considered an asset.
Salary: $23 to $25 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule: Monday to Friday. Evening and/or night shifts required based on production needs. Training may be provided on a daytime schedule.
