Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and possess experience in meal preparation and food handling.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals following the established recipes and standards
- Handle food items with care to ensure quality and freshness
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Support other kitchen staff as needed during peak times
- Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations
- Assist in receiving and storing food deliveries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and basic food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
