The position is located at our head office in Brampton at 160 Main St. South. All qualified applicants will be considered; however, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.
PRIMARY DUTIES
As a Client Care Representative you will:
- Have a passion for helping people feel confident in their body
- Effectively communicate how our treatments work and how they can help our clients
- Be comfortable selling potential clients on different promotions
- Develop a rapport with our clients over phone, text, email, chat etc. with understanding, patience and excellent customer service
- Be able to work with a multi system monitor set up with ease and handle competing priorities
- Proven ability to achieve targets and be goal oriented
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Maintain a level-headed approach under pressure
- Ability to handle escalated situations with a calm demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
