Responsibilities

- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect.
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners, including those requiring special education support.
- Maintain organized records of student attendance, performance, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum effectiveness and participate in professional development activities.
- Support students through tutoring sessions or additional assistance outside regular class hours as needed.
