Town Brewery opened in November 2017, and we operate on the premise of Good Work and Good Times. We are looking for a Taproom Manager to help push our original taproom to new heights.
Expectations
- Hire, train, and supervise all customer-facing staff
- Schedule shifts and manage employee performance
- Be present on the floor and work closely with staff during the peak times
- Monitor budgets and financial performance
- Manage inventory and help control food and labour costs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Handling events, emails and communications regarding the location.
- Help develop and implement strategies to attract and retain customers
- Help develop and implement short-term and long-term goals
- Cash outs and tip disbursement
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be 19 years of age or older
- Must have Smart Serve certification
- Must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, holidays and evenings
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, etc and lift up to 35 lbs
- Ability to frequently reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, and crouch down numerous times during shift
