What will you do?
- Analyze key AR and collections performance metrics, including delinquency trends, roll rates, cure rates, and bad debt expense, to identify opportunities to improve recovery and reduce risk exposure
- Develop and maintain standardized dashboards and reporting to monitor portfolio performance (e.g., aging curves, collections effectiveness, payment behaviors, and strategy performance)
- Translate business requirements into analytical datasets, KPIs, and reporting frameworks aligned to collections strategy and operational workflows
- Ad-hoc analysis, reconciliations, and scenario modelling (e.g., impact of strategy changes on cash flow or bad debt)
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and lineage tracking to ensure data accuracy across AR systems and reporting layers
- Partner cross-functionally with Collections Operations, Finance, Product, and Data teams to enhance data pipelines, enable automation, and support future-state analytics (e.g., predictive models, AI-driven decisioning)
- Daily campaign planning, documenting and executing. Configure, maintain, and monitor dialer platforms – IB and OB. Manage messages, language, formatting etc
- Use SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets, supporting ongoing performance tracking and deep-dive analysis
- Maintain compliance with dialing rules (e.g., time zones, call frequency limits)
- Document KPI definitions, business logic, and assumptions to ensure consistency and transparency across reporting
- Lead testing, compliance, audits and day to day operations
What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data analyst roles, preferably supporting AR, collections, or call center operations
- Strong SQL expertise with experience in ETL workflows, data transformation, and data quality validation
- Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot, for data modeling and financial analysis
- Experience with Python for data analysis, automation, and workflow optimization
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboard development and performance monitoring
- Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies (e.g., star schema, fact/dimension models)
- Familiarity with collections KPIs and performance frameworks (e.g., roll rates, cure rates, recovery curves, bad debt forecasting)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate insights into clear, business-relevant recommendations
- High attention to detail with a focus on data integrity and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver insights in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Nice to have:
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric or modern data platforms
- Background in collections strategy analytics, call center, credit risk, or customer lifecycle management
- Exposure to predictive modeling, propensity scoring, or AI-ready data structures supporting next-generation collections capabilities
- Experience supporting digital collections, self-serve channels, or treatment strategy optimization
