Job Description
As an Administrator at Spergel, you will manage a portfolio of assigned client files and guide individuals through the administrative steps of their debt relief process. This is a multitasking, file-driven role requiring strong organization, efficiency, and empathetic communication.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing assigned client files from intake to trustee submission
- Handling client inquiries and providing accurate information about debt relief services
- Contacting clients to collect and verify required documentation
- Reviewing financial documents for completeness and accuracy
- Assisting clients with budgeting and expense reviews as part of file preparation
- Following up with clients who have not submitted the necessary documents in a timely manner
- Compiling and organizing complete file packages for trustee review
- Booking trustee signing appointments and ensuring files are submission-ready
- Maintaining and updating client records in the CRM/database
- Providing empathetic, professional support to clients experiencing financial stress
- Handling a limited volume of inbound calls and providing light receptionist support
- Assisting with administrative tasks to support overall office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in administration or related fields are a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within financial services, legal, banking, or debt relief
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active files
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with an empathetic approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database/CRM systems
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Detail-oriented and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation
- Hourly wage: CA$20.00
- Performance-based commission begins once the monthly target threshold is met
