The QA/QE TCoE Lead will be responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously evolving the Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering Center of Excellence across the MVH technology landscape. Ideal candidate must have 12+ years of experience. This role will define the enterprise QA/QE strategy, governance, standards, tooling, automation roadmap, and quality metrics while driving a shift-left, quality-first culture across applications, platforms, data, and digital initiatives. The individual will partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, development teams, infrastructure teams, and third-party providers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality, secure, scalable, and reliable solutions. Key responsibilities include: test strategy development, test automation adoption, release quality governance, performance and non-functional testing oversight, quality reporting, continuous improvement, and leveraging AI-enabled testing accelerators to improve speed, coverage, and business outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess deep experience leading large-scale QA/QE transformations, implementing modern testing practices, and managing globally distributed teams in complex enterprise environments.
