Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking a Sales & Leasing Associate to provide exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our full range of vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting new and pre-owned customers on the lot, over the phone, or online.
Assisting customers in the purchase of their new or pre-owned vehicle, as well as continued service after the purchase.
Continuously following up to ensure that all of our customers are given the service they deserve.
Meeting sales goals that are set with the help of your Sales Manager.
Continual training to always improve your sales skills (both self-training and group training).
Develops long term relationships with customers based on trust and integrity.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to work evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.
Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently or within a team.
Minimum High school or equivalent.
Experience in automotive sales is an asset.
Experience in customer service industry is an asset.
OMVIC or equivalent is an asset
Able to operate manual and automatic transmissions is an asset.
