Infra Pipe Solutions Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support daily manufacturing operations at our Saskatoon facility. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between Production, Shipping, Maintenance, Accounting, and Head Office functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for production reporting, ERP system administration, accounts payable support, inventory coordination, documentation management, and general operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
Production & Operations Administration
- Review and validate daily production paperwork against ERP system entries (IQMS).
- Investigate and troubleshoot production variances and inventory discrepancies.
- Process daily production reports and maintain accurate production records.
- Manage production documentation, work orders, rejects, and filing systems.
- Support inventory accuracy and disposition tracking activities.
ERP / System Coordination
- Maintain and update ERP system (IQMS) information accurately.
- Create and maintain inventory items and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Assist employees and departments with ERP transactions, purchase orders, and receipts.
- Support system troubleshooting and reporting functions.
Accounts Payable & Administrative Support
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure proper coding, approvals, and tax treatment of invoices.
- Prepare invoice batches and support monthly expense reporting.
- Coordinate courier shipments and maintain operational documentation.
Reporting & Data Management
- Prepare and maintain operational and production reports.
- Support monthly reporting activities, including production summaries, downtime tracking, and quality metrics.
- Assist with maintaining reporting spreadsheets and historical operational records.
Office & Employee Support
- Maintain office and operational supply inventories.
- Assist employees with expense reports and travel reimbursement submissions.
- Answer incoming office calls and provide general administrative support.
- Create and maintain fillable forms and operational documents.
Security & Facility Support
- Maintain employee records within the Kantech Security System.
- Issue and manage employee key fobs and facility keys.
- Maintain gas card tracking and related usage records.
Qualifications & Experience :
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of administrative, operations coordination, or manufacturing support experience.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong computer and ERP system skills.
- Advanced organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with IQMS or other ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, etc.).
- Accounts payable or invoice processing experience.
- Production reporting or inventory coordination experience.
- Experience supporting cross-functional manufacturing teams.
