Cafe Team Member
We're looking for an energetic, reliable team member who loves to work in a fast-paced environment and enjoys doing a little bit of everything.
At Archr, no two shifts are the same. You'll learn every area of the cafe and work alongside a supportive team to create an exceptional experience for our guests.
Hours
- 15-25 hours weekly
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day every week
What You'll be Doing
- Providing friendly, welcoming customer service at the till
- Preparing espresso-based drinks, coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Making acai bowls, smoothies, and specialty drinks
- Preparing sandwiches and assisting with light food prep
- Opening and closing the cafe
- Washing dishes and maintaining a clean workspace throughout the day
- Restocking ingredients, supplies, and retail items
- Completing cleaning and organizing tasks to keep the cafe running smoothly
- Working efficiently wit the team during busy rushes
- Jumping in wherever help is needed and supporting all areas of the cafe
What We're Looking For
- 1 year cafe or restaurant experience
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Someone who enjoys staying busy and takes initiative
- Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and pride in keeping things clean and organized

Pay: $17.85-$22.69 per hour
