Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Journeyperson Plumber or highly skilled Apprentice to help us maintain our standard of excellence. You’ll be the face of Norm’s in the field, turning technical challenges into solutions and ensuring every homeowner feels heard, respected, and taken care of.
What you’ll be doing:
- Expert Service: Executing Plumbing installations and repairs, including PEX repiping, drainage work, tankless/hot water heaters, and gas line installations.
- Technical Problem Solving: Using your diagnostic skills to tackle complex residential issues.
- The "Norm’s" Standard: Providing clear, friendly communication to our clients. You aren’t just completing a task; you’re providing an experience.
- Collaborative Growth: Working with a team of 42 pros, sharing insights, and staying sharp on the latest industry advancements.
Who You Are
- Certified & Skilled: Journeyperson Plumber and Gasfitter certification is an asset. You have a proven track record in residential service and a deep understanding of relevant codes.
