Duties
- Perform thorough car washes, including exterior cleaning, vacuuming interiors, and window cleaning to achieve a spotless finish
- Apply detailing techniques such as buffing, polishing, and waxing to enhance vehicle appearance and protect surfaces
- Conduct specialized services like window tinting and paint correction as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including janitorial tasks to ensure a safe and organized workspace
- Assist with light vehicle inspections and report any damages or issues observed during detailing
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and addressing customer questions or concerns
- Operate various tools and equipment safely, including buffers, vacuums, pressure washers, and cleaning supplies
Requirements
- Prior experience in car washing, detailing, custodial work, or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering high-quality results
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as bending, lifting, and kneeling
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus for moving vehicles or equipment around the lot
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance or previous experience with window tinting is advantageous
- Willingness to learn new skills related to car care and detailing processes
