Duties
- Perform professional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation, following health and safety guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in nail care and design.
- Recommend and upsell additional services and retail products based on client needs.
- Perform waxing services as needed (preferred but not required).
- Keep accurate records of client appointments and preferences.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Requirements
- Valid Nail Technician Certificate
- Strong knowledge of nail care, hygiene, and safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
