You will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth opera tion of our automotive service center. Responsibilities:
Welcome Customer and assist with vehicle check in
Schedule appointments and answer incoming calls
Create and update repair orders
Manage inventory, ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering parts when necessary.
Requirements:
General knowledge and passion for the automotive industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong computer skills to navigate various parts websites, labor guides, and point of sale systems.
