What you will do
Provide crucial support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment located at 1155 Sherwin Road, Winnipeg. This includes:
· Handle phone system and direct calls appropriately.
· Maintain and order office supplies as necessary.
· Perform clerical duties such as filing, sorting and distributing mail.
· Assist in all aspects of daily office operations.
· Provide support to office management.
· Assist on special projects.
What you will need
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Valid Class 5 Driver’s licence
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Proficient in using computer systems and software (e.g. MS Office, email)
