Mission:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing excellent service to our OEM customers, distributors, and sales team in Canada. The main responsibilities will be receiving and directing incoming calls, order entry process, shipping and receiving parcels and LTL freight shipments, direct communication with customers and factories throughout the order cycle, but flexibility and willingness to embrace new tasks is also essential. The individual will need to be an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, self-starter and a team player.
Primary Responsibilities:
Receive and direct incoming phone calls
Respond timely and professionally to customer, distributor, and sales team inquiries regarding products and availability.
Be a primary point-of-contact between customer and nano to proactively resolve questions regarding pricing, availability, shipping, quality issues, samples, etc.
Explain the basic features and benefits of nano and its products to customers.
Schedule, pick, pack and ship parcel and freight shipments to customers and distributors.
Scope of Responsibility: Ownership of order fulfilment for discrete customer orders, incoming goods receipt process execution and related warehouse functions.
Responsible for physical movement of inventory and goods within the warehouse. Receive into inventory from purchase orders and ensure items are accurately stocked and documented.
Maintain inventory accuracy by careful accounting of items moving in and out of inventory via picking lists, inventory transfer journals, etc.
Responsible for accurate execution of all order fulfillment steps from picking, packaging, packing slip preparation to processing of shipping transaction.
Utilize UPS Worldship/FEDEX and other freight vendors and business systems to prepare shipment of domestic and international orders.

Education & Experience:
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer focused (both internal and external)
High level of accuracyand attention to detail
Strong data entry skills
Microsoft Office suite and PC proficiency; experience in Quickbooks is helpful
Active listening skills; Seek to address the customer’s unspoken need.
High energy level, can-do attitude, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience utilizing order processing systems, shipping systems and Microsoft Office 365.
Forklift certifications and prior experience operating a cherry picker and/or other warehouse equipment (preferred).
Ability to maneuver and handle specialized/hazardous products (such as oil and chemicals).
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-motivated.
Good planning and organizational skills and thorough follow up.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to stand prolonged periods of time, 6 or more hours.
Ability to twist, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach for objects when needed .
Regular lifting between 35-50 pounds throughout the shift. We can make reasonable accommodation.
