We're looking for a dependable, energetic leader to help run one of Toronto's busiest independent laundries. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead by example. One moment you'll be helping a customer, the next you'll be processing orders, training staff, or making sure everything runs smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a small team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Process wash & fold, dry cleaning, and specialty laundry orders.
- Open and close the store.
- Train and support new staff.
- Maintain high quality standards and attention to detail.
- Help keep the store clean, organized, and efficient.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Step in wherever needed to keep the day running smoothly.

Experience
Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail, customer service, laundries, hotels, or similar industries is preferred, but we're more interested in attitude, leadership, and work ethic than laundry experience. We can teach laundry. We can't teach integrity, initiative, or a genuine commitment to customers.
Pay & Benefits
- Starting wage: $22.00/hour
- Performance review after 90 days with opportunity for a wage increase based on performance.

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
