Cleaning Maid (Flexible Schedule)
KBalai Cleaning is currently looking for reliable, detail-oriented, and professional cleaning maids to join our growing team in Montreal and surrounding areas.
This is a flexible, on-demand contractor position ideal for individuals seeking part-time, freelance, or supplemental income. Work is assigned based on client demand, with flexible scheduling available.
At KBalai Cleaning, we focus on providing high-quality residential cleaning services while creating a respectful, supportive, and professional environment for both clients and cleaners.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and organizing
- Complete bathroom and kitchen deep cleaning tasks
- Handle Airbnb turnovers and recurring home cleans when assigned
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members
- Arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled timeframes
- Bring and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Requirements:
- Previous residential, housekeeping, Airbnb, hotel, or professional cleaning experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- Comfortable travelling to different job locations around Montreal and surrounding areas
- Ability to work independently
- Basic English communication required (French is an asset)
- Must have access to your own cleaning supplies and equipment, including a vacuum
- Comfortable completing a police background check if selected

Pay:
CA$20hour, with growth potential depending on experience, job type, and performance
