We are looking for a few motivated individuals to compliment our culinary team at DOSC. You will be part of our exciting guest experience: a modern steakhouse, cocktail bar, and cafe located on downtown Edmonton's 104th street.
The Line Cook is a key culinary position as part of the BOH department. This individual is responsible for quality food preparation and upholding a safe, efficient work environment in a high-volume kitchen. This passionate individual takes a genuine interest in our guest experience while being able to take direction and perform tasks with speed and accuracy. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our guest satisfaction and the impact of our culinary goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as a Line Cook for 1 year
- Adaptable and coachable attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask under pressure
- Great communication skills using written & spoken English
