Youth Justice Services - Full Time Permanent Primary Care Workers

For more than fifty years, Anago has been helping at-risk children, youth and vulnerable adults navigate critical transitions in their lives by making connections that support healthy living. As a registered charity, Anago provides services and support for people to achieve independence through integration into communities of support. We work out of many different locations based in London, Middlesex and Huron Counties, with referral case intake from all over Ontario.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact in managing the individualized needs of justice engaged young persons in secure detention/custody to support rehabilitation and reintegration. The facility operates 24/7; the role involves shift work, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.


  • Post Secondary education in a related field, such as Child and Youth Care, Social Service Worker, Social Sciences or equivalent Post Secondary education
  • A current valid Ontario (G) Driver’s Licence
  • Current Police Vulnerable Sector Check
  • Current immunizations and health assessment
  • Current Standard First Aid & CPR Certificate Level C
  • Current Prevention & Management of Aggressive Behaviour (PMAB) Certificate
  • Minimum two (2) year related experience
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Case management experience
  • Ability to make independent decision based on Policies & Procedures
  • Bilingualism is considered an asset
