Overview
We are seeking an Experienced, Dedicated, and skilled baker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality doughnuts and pastries and exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, particularly in making doughnuts and pastries, and will be passionate about delivering delicious products while maintaining food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare doughnuts according to recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs
- Handle food safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service
Experience
- Previous experience making doughnuts and pastries is preferred (This is not a training position)
- Proficiency in doughnut decorating techniques is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced bakery environment
- Familiarity with food handling practices and safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
