What you’ll be doing:✨ Helping customers by phone, and through email✨ Answering questions and providing product support✨ Assisting customers with orders and service requests✨ Building great relationships with our customers and team
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing timely and accurate information in response to after sale customer telephone, email, and website inquiries
- Client Advocate – Provide exceptional customer service (handling calls and order management)
- Discuss and resolve escalated issues and situations
- Fulfilling e-commerce orders
- Picking, packing, and shipping parts to our clients
- General administrative duties as required
- Personal Development – Participate in departmental training programs
- Admin and general duties as required
Required:
- Strong language/written skills
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Experience in a customer service role
- Strong computer competency (MS Office)
- Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused
- A strong communicator with a positive attitude
- A willingness to learn new information on an on-going basis
- Knowledge in QuickBooks on-line is a plus!
- Familiarity with social media and on-line sales platforms
- Comfortable learning about tools and products (training provided!)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
