Tile Production Worker
Full-Time | Immediate Openings
We're currently hiring Tile Production Workers to join a growing manufacturing team! If you're reliable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay Rates
- Base Rate: $20.00/hour
- Mould Line Premium: +$0.50/hour
- Mixing Premium: +$1.00/hour
Straight Midnight Shift (1 Opening)
- Midnight shift with a $1.00/hour premium
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of tile products
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load raw materials and finished products
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work effectively as part of a production team
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is an asset
- Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable lifting materials as required
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willing to work rotating shifts (where applicable)
Important Requirement
Candidates must be clean-shaven to safely wear a respirator when required.
