Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and professionally, guiding them through appointment scheduling via phone, or in person
- Manage and confirm service appointments, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
- Coordinate with technicians and managers to allocate resources effectively and meet appointment schedules
- Handle cash transactions accurately for paid services or deposits, maintaining precise financial records
- Maintain organized records of all appointments, customer interactions, and sales activities to ensure seamless operations
- Keep an organized and clean reception area
Experience
- Prior automotive experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive service processes
- Mechanical knowledge is a strong asset, enabling better communication with customers about vehicle needs
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly, proactive approach to client engagement
- Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly while maintaining accuracy and integrity
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and documentation
