Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Window Cleaner to join our team, specializing in either high-rise or ground-level window cleaning. This role involves working on various building types, ensuring the cleanliness and appearance of windows while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
- Clean windows on high-rise buildings using appropriate safety equipment and techniques
- Perform ground-level window cleaning for various commercial and residential properties
- Follow all safety protocols, including the use of harnesses, ropes, and other fall protection measures
Experience
- Prior custodial or commercial cleaning experience preferred, especially with window or facilities maintenance
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment is advantageous
- Experience working at heights or with high-rise window cleaning equipment is a plus
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with clients
- Ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and work safely at heights using appropriate safety gear

Pay: $18.00-$34.48 per hour
