About the Role:-
We're searching for a skilled and passionate Licensed 310S Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in delivering top-quality workmanship and enjoys working in a modern, fast-paced automotive environment. What You'll Be Doing
- Perform comprehensive inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on a broad range of vehicles.
- Accurately identify mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
- Conduct repairs related to brakes, suspension, steering, engine systems, and drivetrain components.
- Complete maintenance services including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and fluid exchanges.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and scan tools to troubleshoot vehicle systems efficiently.
- Perform vehicle safety inspections in accordance with Ontario regulations.
- Clearly document findings, recommended repairs, and completed work orders.
- Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies and repair procedures.
What We're Looking For
✔ Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License in Ontario
✔ Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
✔ Minimum 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience preferred
✔ Experience working with both domestic and import vehicles is considered an asset
✔ Knowledge of computerized diagnostic equipment and repair software
✔ Valid G Driver's License with a clean driving record
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
✔ Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with ADAS calibration and diagnostics
- Hybrid and electric vehicle repair experience
- Alignment certification
- Manufacturer dealership experience
- Air conditioning certification (ODP)
