Profil recherché
- Expérience en fleuristerie requise (gros ou détail).
- Formation en fleuristerie ou plusieurs années d’expérience, un atout.
- Excellente éthique de travail et attitude positive.
- Autonome, organisé(e) et débrouillard(e).
- Capable de travailler efficacement dans un environnement rapide.
- Ponctuel(le), fiable et engagé(e) envers son équipe.
- Souci du détail et désir constant de s’améliorer.
- Esprit d’équipe et attitude professionnelle.
Responsabilités
- Préparer et emballer les commandes de fleurs avec soin et efficacité.
- Recevoir, traiter et entretenir les arrivages de fleurs fraîches.
- Maintenir notre vaste chambre froide propre, bien organisée et constamment approvisionnée.
- Effectuer la rotation des produits et assurer une qualité irréprochable de l’inventaire.
- Offrir un excellent service à la clientèle.
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre, organisé et efficace.
- Participer activement à l’amélioration des méthodes de travail et soutenir l’équipe au besoin.

What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in the floral industry is required (wholesale experience is an asset).
- Floral design education or several years of florist experience is strongly preferred.
- A strong work ethic and a positive, respectful attitude.
- Someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and can keep up with the demands of the day.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- A proactive person who sees what needs to be done and gets it done without constant supervision.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up for your team.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare, process, and pack wholesale flower orders with speed and attention to detail.
- Receive, inspect, hydrate, and process fresh flower shipments from local and international growers.
- Maintain our extensive floral cooler by keeping hundreds of flower varieties organized, fully stocked, clean, and beautifully presented.
- Rotate inventory, remove damaged product, and ensure the freshest flowers are always available for customers.
- Assist customers professionally and help build long-term relationships through exceptional service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and workspace.
- Continuously look for ways to improve organization, efficiency, and daily operations.
- Work closely with the owners and the team to help achieve daily goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
