Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Commercial/Residential Cleaner to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services across a variety of settings, including apartments, homes, offices, and commercial spaces. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure environments are spotless, sanitized, and welcoming. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly handling cleaning supplies and disinfectants
- Conduct specialized floor care such as carpet cleaning to ensure floors look pristine
- Follow safety protocols and proper procedures for janitorial tasks to ensure a safe working environment
- Cleaning of tenant turn over suites and newly constructed sites
- Exterior clean up of litter on properties and other various tasks while on site
- Light painting touch ups as required
- Make list of deficiencies while on site for maintenance to repair
- Other various tasks as assigned
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, or janitorial roles
- Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Ability to perform floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience with laundry services and housekeeper management is a plus
- Familiarity with custodial experience is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments
- Ability to complete minor painting touch ups
- Valid Manitoba drivers license required
