JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Greet customers and take food orders as needed by providing product information and looking for ways to increase product sales;
· Prepare specialty coffees according to standards;
· Use a cash register and receive cash or credit / debit card payments from customers;
· Fill the coffee station and the cash register area;
· Maintain and fill the presentation area;
· Follow the company's operational policies and procedures including those related to health and safety to ensure the safety of all colleagues during their shift;
· Keep calm during busy periods or during special events to ensure compliance with standards and set a good example for the team;
· Perform other duties as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
· To have experience as a barista is an asset;
· To be well organized;
· To like the contact with people;
· To be interested by natural and organic food;
· To have a well-kept appearance.
