Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers
- Assist with merchandising displays to enhance product visibility and appeal
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized shelves and ensure the store environment is clean and inviting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers during busy periods
- Use phone etiquette skills to follow up with customers or provide additional assistance as needed
Experience
- Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in technology or related fields
- Strong communication skills, including proficiency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions
- Knowledge of merchandising principles and upselling techniques
- Ability to demonstrate products effectively and engage customers through product demos
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Customer service experience demonstrating patience, professionalism, and effective communication skills
