We’re looking for a motivated, organized, and licensed Property Manager to join our team and help manage a growing portfolio of residential properties.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
* Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee repairs with contractors.
* Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections.
* Ensure compliance with Alberta tenancy legislation and company policies.
* Handle lease renewals, notices, and tenant communications.
* Coordinate tenant placement, showings, and lease signings.
* Monitor rent collections and follow up on arrears when necessary.
* Prepare reports for property owners and management.
* Resolve tenant concerns professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
* Licensed Property Manager in Alberta (required).
* Previous property management experience is an asset.
* Strong knowledge of Alberta’s Residential Tenancies Act.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Comfortable using property management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
