Our Services
Our team handles a wide variety of cleaning needs — from light-duty regular maintenance all the way to intensive specialized projects, including:
- General / Regular Cleaning — routine home cleaning on a recurring or one-time basis
- Deep Cleaning — thorough top-to-bottom cleaning of entire homes
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning — preparing homes for new occupants or end-of-tenancy cleans
- Post-Construction Cleaning — removing dust, debris, and residue following renovation or new build projects
- Hoarding / Extreme Condition Cleaning — compassionate and professional cleaning of severely affected spaces
- Nicotine & Odor Treatments — specialized cleaning and treatment of surfaces affected by smoke and buildup
What You Will Be Doing
- Performing general cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Cleaning and disinfecting kitchens, bathrooms, and high-touch surfaces
- Carrying out deep cleans, post-construction cleans, and move-in/move-out cleans
- Assisting with hoarding or extreme condition cleans using proper protocols and a compassionate approach
- Applying nicotine and odor treatments to affected surfaces
- Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly at all times
- Treating client homes and belongings with care and respect
- Communicating professionally with clients on-site
- Reporting any concerns or maintenance issues to your supervisor

Requirements
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical ability to perform active duties including standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 30 lbs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends
- Satisfactory criminal record check required prior to entering client homes
- Valid NS Driver's License and personal vehicle preferred but not mandatory — candidates without a vehicle are still encouraged to apply
- Previous cleaning experience an asset but not required — full training provided
What We Offer
- Wage - $17.50-$21.00 per hour. Start rate depends on experience. Higher hourly rates apply to specialized, high intensity jobs and overtime
