Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations with energy and precision. In this role, you will oversee daily distribution activities, manage a team of warehouse staff, and ensure seamless coordination across supply chain processes. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimize warehouse workflows, and uphold safety standards. The ideal candidate is proactive and possesses strong organizational skills to support our fast-paced manufacturing and e-commerce environment.
Duties
- Manage all warehouse operation (receiving, picking, checking, packing, shipping, returns and others) in an efficient, economic, accurate, safe, and timely manner in accordance to company policies, established procedures including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and CPM (Client Procedure Manuals), provincial and federal legislations
- Ensure that all warehouse KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling stock against inventory system and making stock adjustment after subsequent investigation and approval
- Assist with investigation of customer complaints when applicable
- Ensure that products are manage under good conditions and handle in GMP manner that avoid unnecessary temperature exposure
- Maintain warehouse and equipment in a good state of repair, organized and clean manner
- Maintain warehouse supplies including procurement and proper pre- conditioning of packing materials as applicable
- Coordinate with warehouse manager with regards to new product/ client setups and any special customer instructions
- Assist warehouse manager in implementing new technology and software upgrades
- Perform functions as stipulated on procedures and support other job functions as required
Qualifications
- Minimum: High school diploma with 1 year related warehouse supervisory/ management experience OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Familiar with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and experienced with warehousing functions
- Subject to security clearance
- Knowledge of supply chain processes including order picking, packaging, shipping logistics, and e-commerce fulfillment.
- Familiarity with 3PL logistics providers and warehouse distribution strategies is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule: This position requires overnight shifts every Saturday - Thursday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
