We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual on a part-time basis (20–25 hours per week). Additional hours are available for the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Job Duties Include:
Garden maintenance
Light landscaping
General labour
Gutter cleaning
Roof de-mossing
Window cleaning
Small moving jobs
Requirements:
1+ year landscaping
Must be able to meet in Dean Park
Strong time management skills
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift 30+ lbs regularly
Comfortable working at heights occasionally
Positive attitude and dependable attendance
Assets (Preferred but Not Required):
Horticulture Certificate
Experience driving trucks with trailers
Previous experience in property maintenance, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, or related trades
Wage:
$22–$25 per hour based on experience
$24–$27 per hour for applicants with a Horticulture Certificate, depending on experience and knowledge
