Responsibilities

- Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress reports.
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and wellness practices to enhance their overall health outcomes.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment by adhering to sanitation protocols and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills.
Requirements
- Valid license as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state regulations.
- Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and client health history.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally and empathetically.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all client interactions.
- Prior experience in a clinical or spa setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided as needed.
