Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handyman/Handywoman to join our very busy team of trades. We have an extremely busy handyman service attached to our plumbing, heating and electrical divisions. Looking for the right person to come on board and help continue to grow the division and support our current staff. The right candidate must be able to perform repairs and new installs to the highest degree of quality. Lots of perks along with a great work environment. Must be able to come to work daily and be reliable.
Responsibilities
- Home Reno's (Bathroom, Kitchen and Basement etc) - Flooring, Tiling, Drywall Repair and Install, Mudding and Taping etc.
- Outside repairs on decks, fences, siding etc.
- Supervise maintenance activities, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards are met.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including parts used and work performed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal downtime and optimal operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.Experience
- Excellent customer service skills combined with leadership abilities to guide team members effectively.
- Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, welding, and general facilities upkeep.
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
