The General Manager is responsible for upholding store standards, staffing and customer service with a competitive salary.

The primary responsibility is creating a customer focused environment, from greeting, cleanliness, high product quality and positivity for your team.
You will be provided support and work closely with the owners and director and draw on their knowledge and guidance.
Responsibilities:
Create the overall customer service oriented environment
Provide in-person customer care and service
Maintain cleanliness, inventory and stock levels
Direct the employee assessment process and encourage employee performance
Ensure shift coverage during sick calls
Prepare regular reports for upper management
Ensure staff follows health and safety regulations
Provide solutions to issues
Ensure product and service standards are upheld
Skills:
Proven experience in Food and Beverage management with a minimum of 3 years
Experience in planning and budgeting
Knowledge of business process and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
Strong analytical ability
Excellent communication skills
Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Problem-solving aptitude
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage a diverse staff
Ability to calmly handle HR issues
Strong knowledge and understanding of a fast-paced full service restaurant environment
