We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Truck Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers throughout the truck purchasing process, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating vehicle preparation, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting trucks that meet their needs and budget.
- Conduct truck walkarounds and explain vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person, by phone, email, and social media.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Negotiate and close sales while providing outstanding customer service.
Inventory Management
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all truck inventory, specifications, and pricing.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and current.
- Assist with updating online listings and vehicle information.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing inventory and report discrepancies.
Operations & Yard Duties
- Perform light yard work, including organizing and moving inventory as required.
- Inspect trucks and ensure they are clean, presentable, and ready for customer viewings.
- Coordinate with repair shops, mechanics, detailers, and other vendors regarding vehicle repairs, maintenance, and preparation.
- Assist in ensuring all vehicles are properly maintained and sale-ready.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience is preferred; automotive or truck sales experience is considered a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of commercial trucks and the transportation industry is an asset.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors as needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license required.
- Commercial truck driving license (AZ, DZ, CDL, or equivalent) is considered a strong asset.
- Ability to safely operate and move vehicles when required.
- Must be reliable, professional, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
