WHAT YOU’LL DO:
The Pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to inpatients and pharmacy services to selected outpatients. As well, s/he participates in medication dispensing and acts as a resource for health centre personnel and patients on medications.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy required
- Current license to practice in the province of Ontario
- Hospital pharmacy residency or equivalent experience preferred
WHO YOU ARE:
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pharmacy and pharmacy related operations
- Strong organizational skills to perform required tasks (technical/cognitive) in a continually changing environment in an efficient manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, nurses, patients and the community
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer focused
