Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Worker to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving food in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including kitchen and dining spaces
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist customers with their orders, providing friendly and efficient service
- Handle food items safely, following proper food handling procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and coffee machines (barista experience is a plus)
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential
- Experience in hospitality or barista roles is advantageous but not mandatory
