About the Role
Lionsgate Communities is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Property Management Assistant to support our Property Management, Operations, Accounting, and Executive teams.

Key Responsibilities
Property Management & Resident Support
- Respond to resident inquiries professionally and efficiently, resolving issues whenever possible or directing concerns to the appropriate department
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining positive resident relationships
- Maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, and property files
- Assist with lease administration, including processing new charges, cancellations, parking, storage, and lease-related updates
- Prepare, distribute, and track building communications, notices, memos, and other resident correspondence
- Prepare and review documentation for Residential Tenancy Branch matters and hearings
- Maintain complete, accurate, and organized resident and property files
- Assist with special resident and property-related projects as required
Administrative & Financial Support
- Process accounts payable, recurring invoices, and vendor payments, including invoice verification and purchase order close-outs
- Review recurring charges and reconcile against rent rolls to ensure accuracy
- Assist with data entry, reporting, document preparation, and record management
- Complete bank deposits, bank runs, and administrative errands when required
- Support accounting and operations teams with various administrative and coordination tasks
- Identify discrepancies and proactively resolve issues before they become problems
Project Management and Operational Support
- Support with front desk coordination & office management
- Support ongoing projects with admin and coordination support
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the CEO and Executive team
- Arrange travel accommodations, itineraries, and related logistics
- Assist with occasional personal administrative matters for the CEO
- Attend meetings and prepare clear, accurate meeting minutes
- Conduct research on market trends, competitors, neighborhoods, vendors, and special projects
- Support operational initiatives, process improvements, and company-wide projects
- Assist with special assignments and other duties as required

Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, property management, or related experience preferred
- Property management experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of local tenancy regulations is an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Basic accounting knowledge, including payables and reconciliations, is an asset but not required
- Ability to travel between residential communities and office locations throughout Metro Vancouver as required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are considered assets

Compensation:
- Starting at $65,000 - $75,000 /year
- Extended Medical Benefits (Dental, Vision, Health)
- RRSP matching after 1 year of employment.
- Annual bonus available after 1 year employment ( based on personal and company performance)
