Burlington LSG Distribution Center
As a Material Handler I, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products that support our customers worldwide. Your work will help maintain efficient warehouse operations and contribute to delivering life-changing scientific solutions to customers on time.
Receive, inspect, and put away incoming products according to established procedures.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.
Operate warehouse equipment safely and support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Required:
Preferred:
Experience in a distribution, warehouse, supply chain, or related environment.
Experience operating powered industrial trucks (order pickers, forklifts, or similar equipment).
Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work instructions with a high level of accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment and communicate professionally with colleagues.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 lbs. with or without accommodation.
Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and operate material handling equipment safely.

The estimated annualized pay range for this position in Ontario is $36,608.00–$48,500.00.
