Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, maintain, and repair current and late-model Porsche vehicles
- Perform advanced diagnostic procedures using Porsche factory diagnostic equipment and technology
- Diagnose and repair sophisticated mechanical, electrical, electronic, and computer-controlled vehicle systems
- Service high-performance powertrains, drivetrains, braking systems, suspension systems, and vehicle electronics to factory specifications
- Perform routine maintenance as well as complex diagnostic and repair procedures
- Maintain Porsche's exacting standards for quality, performance, safety, and workmanship
- Stay current with evolving automotive technologies, including advanced driver-assistance systems, electrified vehicle technology, and modern vehicle networks
- Accurately document all diagnostic findings, repairs, and recommended services
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and other members of the dealership team
- Take ownership of each repair and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in exceptional condition
- Continuously develop technical knowledge through Porsche training and ongoing professional development
What You Will Bring to Our Team
- Proven experience as a highly skilled Automotive Technician
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience working with modern, high-performance, German or luxury brand vehicles
- Proven ability to work on electric vehicles or the willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to performing repairs correctly the first time
- Ability to interpret technical information, wiring diagrams, diagnostic data, and manufacturer repair procedures
- A genuine passion for performance vehicles and automotive technology
- An appreciation for Porsche heritage and an interest in working on classic Porsche vehicles when the opportunity arises
- A professional, organized, and positive approach to your work
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a high-performing team
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
- Red Seal Automotive Technician Certification
- Porsche experience or manufacturer-specific training is an asset

- Automotive Service Technician: 5 years (preferred)
- Manual Transmission: 2 years (required)
