Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring efficient order processing, inventory visibility, shipment coordination, and resolving any issues while maintaining high service levels.
Responsibilites
Order Management
- Enter and process customer orders in the WMS/ERP system.
- Monitor order status from receipt through shipment.
- Manage order changes, cancellations, and special requests.
- Verify inventory availability and coordinate backorders.
Customer Communication
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and portals.
- Provide shipment updates, tracking information, and delivery status.
- Handle customer complaints and service issues.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and service levels.
Warehouse Coordination
- Communicate customer priorities to warehouse operations.
- Coordinate rush orders and special handling requirements.
- Resolve discrepancies related to inventory, picking, packing, or shipping.
- Work closely with receiving, inventory control, and shipping teams.
Transportation Support
- Schedule shipments with carriers.
- Prepare or review shipping documentation.
- Track shipments and investigate delivery delays.
- Coordinate appointment scheduling when required.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
