- Apply critical appraisal and certainty assessment tools (e.g., GRADE, risk of bias tools) with minimal guidance
Evidence Synthesis, Interpretation, and Communication
- Develop structured evidence outputs (e.g., tables, datasets, slides, reports) and contribute to clear communication of findings
- Organize evidence logically to ensure internal consistency across outputs
Operational & Project Support
- Support smooth running of projects through clear communication and documentation
- Assist with organizing files, datasets, and reference libraries (e.g., EndNote)
- Help maintain internal documentation and process templates
- Other duties as assigned to support client and company success
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field.
- 2+ years in HEOR or related consultancy, with strong understanding of HEOR domains
- Demonstrated ability to run systematic and targeted literature reviews independently and fluency in review methods and applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic for Applications.
- Ability to synthesize, interpret, and clearly communicate complex health economic method and data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a track record of producing high-quality deliverables.
Nice to have:
- Experience in an HEOR consulting or industry environment.
- Experience working with multiple HEOR domains (clinical, economic, HCRU, humanistic, PROs).
- Experience supporting or developing regulatory or reimbursement submissions.
- Familiarity with relevant statistical programming software (e.g., R).
Our work environment:
- A collaborative, curious, and supportive team.
- Opportunities for skill growth.
- Competitive compensation and potential for flexible work arrangements.
- The chance to contribute to meaningful work that shape real-world healthcare decisions.
