Job Summary
Makilala Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the management team in delivering high-quality food and customer service. The Restaurant Supervisor will coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house activities, supervise restaurant staff, ensure efficient service, and maintain compliance with food safety, health, and workplace standards. Most importantly uphold Chef Nuit’s standards and know the brand inside and out to ensure Systems and protocol are followed.
The successful candidate will assist in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, employee training, customer service management, inventory coordination, and maintaining smooth restaurant workflow during regular service, private events, and large group functions. The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of restaurant staff.
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Evaluate daily operations

- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Qualifications
- 1-2 years Experience Hospitality Industry
- Completion of secondary school.
